No, I offer complimentary initial consultations. It’s important for both of us to get to know each other and ensure we are a great fit for your wedding or event vision. That’s why I schedule a video call to discuss your needs before providing a personalized quote.

While I don’t have a strict minimum budget, it’s important that your budget aligns with your wedding vision and guest count. My services focus on creating elevated, high-quality experiences, and I work with vendors who reflect that standard.

My planning fees are typically divided into 3 or 4 installments, with an initial 30% deposit due upon signing the contract. The installment schedule can be adjusted based on your planning timeline. The final payment is due 15 days before the wedding.

I believe in open and frequent communication throughout the planning process. There is no limit to the number of video or phone calls or emails you can have with me. I am committed to staying in close contact to ensure your vision comes to life.

Absolutely! While I often recommend venues, I am familiar with, I am always excited to explore new locations and expand my portfolio. If you have a dream venue in mind, I’d be delighted to conduct a thorough site inspection and offer my professional insights. My experience allows me to quickly identify potential strengths and challenges, ensuring your event runs flawlessly, no matter the location.

To provide the most tailored recommendations, I typically begin the venue research and set-up a detailed budget after the contract is signed but I understand the importance of upfront information. I am happy to share some initial venue suggestions and a rough budget outline upfront. This way, you can get a sense of my approach and ensure my services are a good fit for your vision before we commit to contract.

To get started, I will simply need the signed contract and the initial deposit. Then, we can dive into the exciting details of planning your dream wedding or event.

After the contract signing and deposit, we kick things off with the venue search, tailoring options to your budget and vision. Once the venue and date are set, here is how I guide the process:
Budget & design: I will craft a detailed budget and a cohesive design concept that reflects your unique style.

Vendor selection: I will carefully curate and book the perfect vendors for your celebration. 

Logistics & details: Site inspections, tastings, trials and appointment – I will manage all the essential details with expertise

Stress-free timeline: My goal is to finalize all major decisions at least 3 months before your wedding, leaving minimal last-minute tasks and ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Ideally, it’s best to start planning 12 to 18 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time to secure your dream venue and vendors. However, if you are planning a wedding in shorter time, I have experience in planning stunning weddings in less time. 

While my primary availability for calls and meetings is during weekday office hours, I understand that scheduling can be a challenge, especially with time zone differences. I am always willing to explore options for evening or weekend calls and meetings whenever possible.

While it’s ideal to visit your wedding location in person before the big day, I understand that’s not always possible. Should travel be difficult, we can absolutely arrange a virtual walkthrough of the venue using Whatsapp or Zoom. This will allow you to see the space and discuss your vision remotely.
If possible I recommend visiting twice before your wedding: once to initially see the venue, and then again 6 to 8 months before the wedding to meet with vendors, do tastings, and have any necessary trials.
